CitizenshipShortcutPro · For educators, nonprofits & law firms

Organized civics study access for the learners you serve

CitizenshipShortcutPro is our proposed group licensing offering for CitizenshipShortcut's civics and interview study tools. If your class, program or firm wants to provide access for a group, tell us what you need and we will discuss a written agreement.

Inquiry only. Nothing on this page is a checkout. No payment is taken and no license becomes active until a written agreement is signed.

Planned package · Not available yet

White-label pricing, with a defined scope

CitizenshipShortcutPro learner bundles use the CitizenshipShortcut brand. The white-label package adds your organization's identity to a browser-based study experience.

$2,499 one-time setup

Plus $199/month for hosting, core updates and support. Learner licenses are purchased separately: $499 for 25 or $1,499 for 100. White-label services are not included in those learner bundles.

Included in this price

  • One organization's supplied logo and brand colors
  • Connection of one custom domain supplied and renewed by your organization
  • One browser-based branded study experience using existing learner tools
  • Two rounds of logo and color revisions during setup
  • Hosting and core platform maintenance and updates
  • Up to one hour of email-based branding or platform support per month; unused time does not roll over

Not included

  • Learner licenses or reusable learner seats
  • Native iOS or Android apps or app-store submissions
  • Custom dashboards, roster tools or analytics exports
  • SSO, third-party integrations or custom feature development
  • Expanded AI quotas, unlimited tutoring or dedicated infrastructure
  • Domain registration, legal services or guaranteed response-time commitments

What your first 12 months would cost

  • With 25 learner licenses: $2,499 setup + $499 licenses + $2,388 hosting/support = $5,386
  • With 100 learner licenses: $2,499 setup + $1,499 licenses + $2,388 hosting/support = $6,386
  • All prices are USD before applicable taxes. Domain registration and renewal are your responsibility.

Setup and learner licenses are invoiced after the written agreement, before work begins. The $199 monthly service starts only when the branded experience launches. There is no minimum monthly service term: cancel before the next billing date to stop future service charges. Branded hosting ends at the end of the paid service period; assigned lifetime learner access continues on CitizenshipShortcut.

Implementation is pending; white-label functionality and custom branding are not available yet. These are proposed package selling prices, not a verified estimate of development costs. The written agreement records this package's scope and prices before payment; out-of-scope work is not included or automatically charged.

This opens the inquiry form, not a checkout. No white-label product is activated and no delivery date is promised. Please share organization details only, not confidential client information. Prefer email? Email about white-label setup.

A note for law firms

CitizenshipShortcut is an educational study tool. Your clients can use it to practice civics and interview answers in English. It complements the work you do; it does not replace it.

CitizenshipShortcut does not provide

  • Legal advice or attorney services
  • Case management
  • Eligibility determinations
  • Any guarantee of an immigration outcome

Please do not email case files, immigration histories or confidential client information. An initial inquiry only needs your organization and approximate learner count.

Research context · Illustrative calculations

What could less repetitive preparation mean for your firm?

These are hypothetical scenarios, not measured CitizenshipShortcutPro results or guaranteed savings. We have not established a product-specific time-saving benchmark for naturalization preparation.

What published research says

“On average, each lawyer expects to save 190 work-hours per year by leveraging AI tools and solutions to do work faster and more efficiently.”

Thomson Reuters Institute, . This is a survey expectation for AI across legal work, not an observed result for our product or citizenship preparation. Using 48 working weeks, 190 hours is approximately four hours per week.

How we value the illustrative time

Clio's published lawyer-rate comparison lists an average immigration lawyer billing rate of $366/hour. Its rate comparisons use aggregated, anonymized legal-industry data.

A billing rate is not the firm's labor cost, take-home pay or profit. We use $366 only to illustrate potential billing-rate-equivalent capacity, not cash saved. Substitute your firm's own rate and measured time.

Example: one firm serving 100 naturalization clients in a year

Assumptions: 100 distinct learners, 48 working weeks and attorney preparation time genuinely avoided after accounting for review and oversight. These examples do not reduce necessary legal advice, eligibility review or case-specific preparation.

15 minutes avoided per client

Attorney time freed
0.52 hours/week · 25 hours/year
Potential billing-rate equivalent
$191/week · $9,150/year

30 minutes avoided per client

Attorney time freed
1.04 hours/week · 50 hours/year
Potential billing-rate equivalent
$381/week · $18,300/year

60 minutes avoided per client

Attorney time freed
2.08 hours/week · 100 hours/year
Potential billing-rate equivalent
$763/week · $36,600/year

Formula: 100 clients × minutes avoided per client ÷ 60 = hours freed in the year. Divide by 48 for weekly hours; multiply hours by $366 for the billing-rate equivalent. Weekly dollar amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar, weekly hours to two decimals; yearly amounts use unrounded calculations. These are gross figures before product fees and other expenses.

Capacity value is not guaranteed money saved

For flat-fee matters, less repetitive preparation may improve margins or create capacity to serve more clients. For hourly matters, fewer billable hours can reduce revenue unless that time is used for other paid work. New demand, collections and actual staffing costs determine whether any financial benefit is realized.

For illustration only, if your actual fully loaded labor cost were $100/hour, freeing 50 hours would represent $5,000 of labor-capacity value, not $18,300 in cash savings. Payroll does not automatically fall when time is freed. Cash savings require expenses actually avoided, such as overtime, contractor fees or an additional hire.

Any preparation benefit would come from the study tools, not necessarily white-label branding. There is no demonstrated additional time saving from applying your logo or custom domain. The 100-learner white-label package's first-12-month price is $6,386 before tax; a $5,000 labor-capacity illustration alone would not cover that price.

Questions

Is sending an inquiry a purchase?

No. Sending the inquiry form or emailing us starts a conversation. No payment is taken, no license is created, and nothing is active until both sides sign a written agreement.

Can our program buy this online today?

No. There is no public online checkout for institutional licensing. Pricing shown is proposed and subject to written agreement and availability. Only after a signed written agreement may we send a private payment link for the agreed items.

Is there an administrator dashboard?

Not currently. Roster invitations, seat reassignment, progress analytics, CSV export and custom branding are requested or planned capabilities that are not available today.

How much Tito AI tutor access do learners get?

Standard Tito access is one conversation per day per account. Any institutional quota would be specified in the written agreement. We do not offer unlimited AI tutoring.

Is this legal advice for law firm clients?

No. CitizenshipShortcut is an educational study tool. It does not provide legal advice, case management, eligibility determinations, or any guarantee of an immigration outcome.

How does this relate to the $29 individual pass?

The $29 Lifetime All-Access Pass is for one learner. Proposed group packages provide 25 learner lifetime licenses for $499 or 100 for $1,499, paid once. Each license is assigned to one learner and cannot be transferred or reused for another learner. Additional learners require additional licenses. These learner licenses have no recurring fee or reusable seat pool. Optional white-label hosting is billed separately.

Can we use our organization's branding?

The planned white-label package is $2,499 one-time setup plus $199/month, with learner licenses purchased separately. It covers one organization's logo and colors, one custom domain supplied by the organization, a browser-based branded experience, hosting, core platform updates and up to one hour of support per month. It excludes native apps, custom dashboards, integrations and expanded AI usage. Monthly billing starts at launch. This functionality is not available yet; an inquiry does not activate it or promise a delivery date.
